Apricot K's

3 1/2 cups flour
1 8 oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 bag apricots
Mix above (except apricots) to make cream cheese dough.
Simmer apricots until plump and puree in food processor
Take small amounts of dough and roll out w/four - cut w/diamond cookie cutter; place small amount of filling in center and on one end.
Roll long ends w/filling end on top to seal.
Bake in 375 oven for 15-20 min.; depends on thickness of tray. Store in tin or metal pan and sprinkle powdered sugar.
